autocaragency.com is a free online referral and quote-comparison service. We connect consumers with licensed insurance agents and third-party insurance providers who can offer auto insurance quotes. We are not an insurance company, carrier or agency, and we do not sell, issue or underwrite insurance policies.

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to use the site and submit a quote request. By submitting a request, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

Information on the site is general and educational. It is not insurance, legal or financial advice. We do not guarantee that you will receive any quote, rate, discount, coverage or savings, or that any provider will be available in your area. Quotes, prices and coverage come from third parties and can change.

Insurance providers and agents who contact you are independent of us. Any quote, offer or policy is a matter between you and that provider and is governed by its own terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for the actions, statements or services of third parties.

When you submit a quote request, you are asked to agree to the following, which is the wording shown next to the checkbox on our forms:

"I agree that Auto Car Agency and its partner insurance providers may contact me by phone, text message or email, including with automated technology, at the number and email address I provide, about auto insurance quotes. Consent is not a condition of any purchase."

You can withdraw this consent at any time by telling the provider that contacts you, replying STOP to a text message, using an email unsubscribe link, or contacting us.

The site's text, design, logo and other content belong to GI PACAKGING DEALS LLC or its licensors and are protected by law. You may view and print pages for your own personal use, but you may not copy, republish or sell the content without our written permission.

The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including about accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose or that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent the law allows, GI PACAKGING DEALS LLC, its owners, employees and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the site or from dealings with any third-party provider. Our total liability for any matter related to the site is limited to one hundred US dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

You agree to defend and hold harmless GI PACAKGING DEALS LLC, its owners and employees from any demand, legal action, loss or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your misuse of the site, your violation of these terms or information you submit that is inaccurate or that you had no right to provide.

If you have a dispute or complaint, please contact us first at info@autocaragency.com and we will try to resolve it informally. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If a dispute is not resolved informally, it must be brought in the state or federal courts located in New York, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction.

We may change these terms from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows when they were last updated. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
